Design Consultation
We start with a phone call and then a site visit. I will look at your yard, talk through your priorities, and help you select the right Aviva model, color, and enhancements for your property and budget.

Permits and Prep
I coordinate the county permit process on your behalf. Once approved, we schedule excavation and prepare the site for the shell delivery.

SHELL
INSTALLATION
The Aviva shell arrives as a single finished unit and is lowered into place in one session. Plumbing and electrical connections follow. This phase moves quickly and with minimal disruption to your yard.

FINISHING AND HANDOFF
Decking, coping, equipment setup, and final inspection are completed. I walk you through everything before I leave, so you are comfortable with every aspect of your new pool from day one.

In Gainesville and Haymarket, I have worked in Virginia Oaks, Piedmont, Heritage Hunt, Dominion Valley, Evergreen, and Bradley Square. In Bristow, I have installed pools in Braemar, Victory Lakes, and Pembrooke. In Manassas, I have worked in Signal Hill, Lake Jackson, and Sudley.
