That background shaped the way he approaches every project, with an engineer's attention to detail and a builder's commitment to doing the work right. Relax Pools intentionally takes on a limited number of projects each year so Jake can stay closely involved, communicate clearly throughout the process, and deliver a finished result he is proud to put his name on. In Northern Virginia, the details matter. Soil conditions, grading, permitting, site design, all of it plays a role in how a pool performs and how it looks years down the road. Jake designs around those realities from the start.

Before the shell ever arrives, we prepare the site the right way. That means evaluating grading, soil conditions, and access, then excavating to the exact specifications required for a clean and level installation.

SHELL
INSTALLATION
Your Aviva pool shell is manufactured as a single finished unit and delivered to your property. We set it into the excavated space, confirm level and position, and begin backfilling and plumbing.

FINISHING AND HANDOFF
Once the pool is set, we complete the surrounding work, connect the equipment, and go through every system with you before we consider the job done.
